oh dear God.
My mother’s birthday is in a week and a half. This is the card I got her tonight; it will go in the mail tomorrow. I am in a really squishy mom mood lately. Tonight I called her and rattled off a list of groceries I had purchased, and asked if I could make pasta sauce with them. She told me what to do maybe 4 times, never losing her patience. I don’t know who else would do that for me.
