Apparently there is an inverse relationship between amount of time spent eating per day x obesity rates. Kind of really makes sense to me. It made me think of a professor I had in college, who had recently moved from Israel. When asked what the most unfamiliar thing about American behavior was, she said, “Eating while walking.”
