WP favors improper nesting?

Okay, now here’s a question. I have noticed that when I post to House of Naked on WordPress, things won’t show up unless I nest them incorrectly. Stupid thing made me think I was wrong this whole time – i.e. thinking that things should be nested like math equations in parentheses, rather than in order of opening the tags. Rubbish, WordPress.

RIP, XMP

Probably very, very late. I was having a grand old time reading all the reference pages on W3Schools.com, and found out that the xmp tag was deprecated! I remember using that in the late 1990s to show code without it being marked up! Aw, now I miss it. Goodbye, friend.
